Where do your logs come
from?
A. The majority of our logs are local,
coming from the
districts of Parry Sound and
Muskoka.
Why are your logs kept
wet?
A. To
reduce the growth of fungus and mould.
What about the
environment?
A. Muskoka Timber Mills uses approved
forestry practices,
protects young growth
as much as possible and only
logs when ground conditions are fit.
What is FSC certification?

Certification ensures that our forests are managed
in an
environmentally and
socially responsible manner.
Customers are assured that the wood
products come
